THUNDER BAY -- Skaters can now hit the ice on the waterfront.
The city officially opened the rink at Prince Arthur's Landing Tuesday morning, a week later than they'd hoped but only one day later than last year.
"It looks like glass out there today and it's a perfect day to come out for a skate," Marina Park operations coordinator Kathy Ball said.
Ball said they're hoping to keep the rink open until the March Break, weather permitting.
