OPP asking for assistance in pair of thefts

The OPP are seeking public assistance in a pair of cases involving theft. Police are investigating a silver 2001 Mazda van that was reportedly stolen Saturday evening after being parked on Rudolph Road in Shebandowan.

Police are investigating a silver 2001 Mazda van that was reportedly stolen Saturday evening after being parked on Rudolph Road in Shebandowan.

The van was found at around 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning on the side of Highway 11/17 near Fourway School with the rear windows smashed and toolbox and tools scattered in the snow outside the vehicle.

Police are also investigating reports of fuel theft from machinery on Holland Road. They believe as much as 800-900 litres may have been stolen.
