Robin's robbed overnight

An overnight robbery at a south side coffee shop has police on the hunt for a lone male suspect. Police say the man entered Robin’s Donuts’ South May Street location at about 3:30 a.m. on Thursday armed with a weapon and demanded cash.

Police say the man entered Robin’s Donuts’ South May Street location at about 3:30 a.m. on Thursday armed with a weapon and demanded cash.

The suspect, described as a 6-foot-1 Aboriginal male between 35 and 40 with an average build and wearing a red sweater with writing on it and baggy blue jeans, fled on foot.

Anyone with information is asked to phone Thunder Bay Police at 684-1200 or call Crime Stoppers.
