THUNDER BAY -- A picket-line injunction might not have to go before the courts again after all.
Unifor, the union representing nearly 900 striking workers at the local Bombardier plant, was set to meet the company in court Thursday. Bombardier had accused the union of breaking court-ordered protocols that were previously in place.
Despite the accusations, the company and union are now trying to settle their differences outside of the courtroom.
A company spokesperson told CKPR News Thursday that more information was expected to be made available Friday.
