THUNDER BAY -- City police responded to more than 74 serious incidents during the week from Monday, Nov. 17 to Sunday, Nov. 23.

The more than 74 incidents recorded last week does not include quality of life, property or traffic cases.

South of the Harbour Expressway, city police responded to 39 significant cases.

Those incidents included:

  • 10 Assaults
  • 1 Sexual assault
  • 9 Break and enters
  • 2 Robberies
  • 11 Thefts
  • 6 thefts from vehicles

Meanwhile, north of the Harbour Expressway, officers responded to 35 significant cases.

The breakdown of reported crimes include:

  • 9 Assaults
  • 6 Break and enters
  • 1 Sexual assault
  • 1 Robbery
  • 11 Thefts
  • 7 Thefts from a vehicle
