THUNDER BAY -- Warmer temperatures are heading this way, but you’ll have to suffer through some cold nights before they get here.
Environment Canada is predicting a mix of sun, clouds, flurries, rain and a high of 4C for Saturday. While not on the positive side of the freezing point, Friday is also expected to be a mild day with -3C to accompany some light snow.
But residents will have to get through a couple cold nights before those mild days arrive as Environment Canada officials say this area can expect a low Wednesday night into Thursday morning of -25C.
Meanwhile, Thursday night into Friday morning is expected to bring a slightly less frigid -17C low.
