RED ROCK, Ont. -- There's hope yet for the Red Rock Mill.
In a conference call earlier this month, the mill's new owner Justus Feldman said he has narrowed the scope of his Red Rock interests to either biomass products or transportation to tap into the potential of the Ring Of Fire.
When Feldman's company, Riversedge, purchased the mill last year, he said all options were on the table for re-industrialization.
Riversedge has bought the Red Rock Inn and is now voicing interest in building a wharf.
It's an idea that thrills Red Rock Mayor Gary Nelson, who has been courting European biomass developers.
