THUNDER BAY-- City police are investigating the armed robbery of a southside pizzeria.
Thunder Bay Police Service officials say the robbery that took place at the Golden Bakery located on South James Street.
Just before 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday a man entered the business with a knife and demanded money from the employee.
The male left the business after taking a jar of change that was on the counter.
The employees were not injured in this incident.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male approximately 6-feet-1-inch tall and weighing 300 pounds.
He was wearing black jogging pants, a grey hooded pullover with a front pouch and had a black neck warmer covering his face.
