THUNDER BAY -- City police responded to more than 116 incidents during the week of  Monday, Feb. 16 to Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015.

The more than 116 incidents reported last week do not include traffic cases.

South of the Harbour Expressway, city police responded to more 66 reported incidents.

Some of the more serious incidents included:

  • 12 Assaults
  • 2 Sexual assaults
  • 2 Break and enters
  • 1 Robbery
  • 12 Thefts
  • 2 thefts from vehicles
  • 2 weapons charges


Meanwhile, north of the Harbour Expressway, officers responded to more than 50 criminal reports.

Some of the more serious incidents reported include:

  • 7 Assaults
  • 2 Robbery
  • 4 Break and enters
  • 15 Thefts
  • 2 Thefts from vehicles
  • 3 weapons charges


The vast majority of cases city police responded to continues to be those listed as either liquor or disorder.
