THUNDER BAY -- Two people, including a youth, have been arrested following a vehicle theft.
Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say the adult and youth, genders and ages not currently specified, were arrested after being spotted by officers driving along Waterloo Street Tuesday night.
Both now faces charges of theft over $5,000.
No vehicle damage was reported as a result of this incident.
