Don’t miss out! This spring’s curbside leaf and yard organic waste collection takes place between May 5 and 15.
Use kraft (paper) bags, available at many grocery and hardware stores, to collect leaves and organic garden waste (no grass clippings), and place them at the curb on your regular recycling day. Clear plastic bags can also be used for this spring’s organic waste collection.
There is no limit on the number of bags of leaf and yard waste that can be put out for collection; each bag, however, must not weigh more than 40 pounds. Look for the leaf symbol on your Waste Collection Calendar for the pick-up date on your street.
