Police seek information in Arthur Street stabbing

THUNDER BAY -- A 33-year-old man survived a South Core stabbing early Sunday morning and police are now searching for clues. Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded at 4:01 a.m.

THUNDER BAY -- A 33-year-old man survived a South Core stabbing early Sunday morning and police are now searching for clues.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded at 4:01 a.m. to a call a man was bleeding in the area of Arthur Street East and Ridgeway Street. 

An ambulance transported the man to hospital and he survived, although police say his injuries are not known at this time. 

Police have not made arrests in the incident. Investigators are encouraging witnesses to contact the police detachment at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Tips can also be conveyed online.
