THUNDER BAY -- A local real estate developer has announced plans for Thunder Bay's newest Condominium.
This plot of land, located on Dawson Road near Sherwood Drive, will soon be transformed into a 24-unit, four-story condominium.
Pre-sales for the Fountain Hill Condominiums just went on the market Wednesday, and shovels are expected to hit the ground within a year.
The total price tag for the development is expected to hit about $8 million.
Remax officials say the condo units will run between $300,000 and $400,000.
The second phase of the development will include townhouses.
