I hear every day how people are not feeling well, they suffer from indigestion, GIRDS, IBS, skin irritations, bloating, gas, headaches, aching joints, arthritis, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and the list goes on. 

Your health is determined by the health of your gut. And what makes it ‘unhealthy’ are all the additives, preservatives, chemicals, processed foods and sugars in our diet. 

We are literally eating and drinking a cesspool of toxins that cause inflammation and an imbalance in our system.  Imagine how that changes how the gut breaks down our food and how our body absorbs our nutrients.

So what are the 3-K’s to ultimate health?
