A book of condolences will be opened at city hall Wednesday to allow community members to pay their respects to former Mayor Eleanor Joan Miller, also known as Mayor Dusty Miller.

Miller died on Tuesday at the age of 82.

The flags at city hall and city facilities will fly at half mast until after Miller’s funeral to recognize her contributions to the community.

The book of condolences will be available for signing in the lobby of city hall, 500 Donald St. East, starting Wednesday afternoon and will remain available until after the funeral.
