Police are looking for more information about a stolen vehicle used to damage a park near the McIntyre River.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers say they recovered a stolen vehicle used to damage a George Burke Park baseball diamond early Saturday morning. The people involved drove around the field leaving tracks, circles in the sand and damage to the surrounding fence. Police say the suspects then set the vehicle on fire.

Anyone with information about the incident are asked to call Thunder Bay Police or Crime Stoppers.

Hmph, and I suppose they'll be raising my TAXES to fix this mess! I say we roll the perps on the disturbed ground until it's flat again! Cover them with grass seeds and THEN roll them to save time! Solve the problems of punishment and repairing damage to the park with one solution!

this is small potatoes. However, yes..we do need to stiffen our penaltys in this country, and fast! because the way of life we once enjoyed is quickly disappearing.
