A man is in hospital with non life-threatening injuries after a motorcycle and mini van collided on Monday night.

The accident occurred at the corner of Golf Links Road and the Harbour Expressway.
Sgt. Paul Rodeghiero said there was little he could say about the investigation, as he waited for Thunder Bay Police Services’ team of transportation investigators to arrive on scene.

“At this point one male driver was taken to hospital. The injuries are unknown at this time,” Rodeghiero said, his car helping to reroute traffic around the crash scene.

“We’ve got police doing traffic control and our traffic investigators are going to be attending real soon to perform the investigation.”
