A fourth suspect is now in custody in connection with a stabbing outside a north-side convenience store.

The incident took place on Jan. 6, when a group of three people left the business on Red River Road near Junot Avenue.

They encountered a group of four teens, and during the altercation that ensued a 24-year-old man suffered several stab wounds to his back and arms.

Officers with the Thunder Bay Police Service took the three suspects, who are 15 to 18 years old, into custody shortly after the attack.

The fourth suspect turned himself in later.

The 15-year-old suspect has been charged with two counts of robbery and three-counts of breach of probation.

Police say the victim in the incident has since been released from hospital.
