Despite what some local drivers might think, Thunder Bay’s roads aren’t the worst in the province.

Or maybe Thunder Bay drivers just didn’t vote. The CAA’s Top 10 Worst Roads in Ontario are in with Timmins’ Kraft Creek Road as the only Northern Ontario road to crack the list.

The number one worst road is Toronto’s Dufferin Street.

Roads across the province receive votes in a four-week campaign, which are then used to make the list before it’s presented to government officials in an effort to get them repaired.

The Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area had six of the top ten worst roads.

Following is CAA’s Top 10 Worst Roads in Ontario:

1. Dufferin Street (Toronto)
2. Bunting Road (St. Catherines)
3.  Burlington Street East (Burlington)
4. Stanley Avenue (Niagara Falls)
5. Kraft Creek Road (Timmins)
6. Lawrence Avenue East (Toronto)
7. Carling Avenue (Ottawa)
8. Finch Avenue West (Toronto)
9. Kingston Road (Toronto)
10. Bayview Avenue (Toronto)
