The pics with the cars are disturbing and must've been terrifying for the drivers - hope they're all okay.

FYI: TO All!

My Thoughts and Prayers will go out to all those who just made it out of this "Storm" alive and uninjured.

And also to those who may not be as lucky to make it out of this event too!

To those "Posters" who complain about building in areas that flood should not be posting anything negitive.

Flooding can happen anywhere and anytime with next to no warning.

Great Pictures to Everyone Who Have Submitted Them! (Plese send in more!)
My Prayers Will Go Out to you All!
Great Story!

Amazing pic's tbnewswatch users.

***This should be a regular feature on this site, good or bad as there's just no way a reporter can cover the city and surrounding area like 120,000 people can.***

I tried to get to Kakabeka today but they are land locked as of 2pm. The highway washed out at Mokomon rd.
Please stay safe people. Material items are replaceable, lives are not.

How could you drive into a hole like that.

Sui Generis says:
No one drove into a hole like that. The road, weakened by the enormous amounts of water, went out from under the vehicle as it drove over it.

Well I tried to email the pictures, bounced back as the mailbox was full. I tried to post them, too big.

Cross your fingers
