Driver charged in fatal crash

A driver involved in a fatal July 4 two-vehicle collision on Highway 11/17 is facing charges.
Sixty-year-old Deborah Schneider of Kenora died in the crash, after being rushed from the scene to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
OPP on Thursday said they’ve charged 25-year-old B.C. native Paul Mihkail with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
