Biker busted for alleged stunt driving

THUNDER BAY -- A city man is facing the possibility of a hefty fine after being pulled over for allegedly stunt driving.

Thunder Bay OPP laid the charge last Wednesday after clocking a motorcyclist driving on the Thunder Bay Expressway at speeds in excess of 230 kilometres an hour.

The 53-year-old had his licence suspended immediately and his bike was impounded for seven days.

He could face a fine of up to $10,000 and the loss of his driving privileges for two years.
