Municipal Golf Course is going up for sale.
City council passed a closed-session resolution Monday night to put a request for proposals out on the land at Rosslyn Road and Hwy 130 to sell it at fair market value.
The resolution also states that normal maintenance will be done to preserve the greens of the course over the winter. Equipment will be moved to other city-owned courses or sold at auction.
