City police have finished their investigation into a November auto-pedestrian collision.

Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say the collision took place on Robertson Street on Nov. 3. Investigators say they believe the 26-year-old pedestrian was crossing the street in violation of a City of Thunder Bay by-law.

The pedestrian remains in the hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries, and as a result has not been officially charged yet.

The driver of the vehicle involved has been charged for driving without a clear view of through the front of the vehicle.
