There has been a breakdown in contract talks between Revera Home Health Care and its Personal Support Workers in the Dryden area.

Representatives with Unifor Local 324 say the workers have been without a contract since June 1.  Despite several meetings between the two sides, no progress has been made on key issues such as wages, contract length and mileage.

The Union says it has now applied to the Labour Relations Board for conciliation.

And it says a strike vote could be held before the end of January if the conciliated talks fail.
