Police are looking for a man in connection with several break and enters that happened over the last weekend.

The suspect broke into Westfort Foods on Jan. 18 around 4 a.m. and cash was stolen from the store.

A suspect with the same description was reported in another pair of commercial break-ins since Jan. 17 on the city's south side. Cash was stolen in both of those instances.

Police are also looking for the same suspect from a residential break and enter on Franklin Street South on Jan. 20.

The male is described as Caucasian with a medium build. He was wearing a brown Carhartt-style jacket with a hood, jeans, white shoes, a light-coloured toque with a pompom and a light-coloured neck warmer or facemask.

Anyone with information about this male is asked to contact the Thunder Bay Police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
