Former EMS headquarters sold, Horizon legal status discussed

The former headquarters for Superior North EMS has been sold.

Council approved the $200,000 sale of 401 Donald St. East Monday night along with another $20,000 for its part of a nearby parking lot. Esquaga-Everall Holdings Coporation made the purchase.

Also Monday, In a closed session meeting council told administration to proceed as directed with the legal status on the Horizon Wind Farm, along with legal and consultant costs.

If a timeline is not written directly into the contract then it would not expire.
