City police have found a man who had been missing since late January.

The Thunder Bay Police Service issued a request for the public's help in locating Paul Anthony Groulx late last week. Initial reports indicated the 28-year-old Groulx had not been seen since late January.

Family members were concerned because of medical issues that required ongoing treatment.

Late Monday night, it was announced that the man had been safely located.

Police are crediting the public and the media with helping to bring the case to a successful conclusion.
