An arrest warrant has been issued for 57 year old Frank Vantroba after he was a no show for his scheduled three-day trial.

Vantroba was charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm after a Nov. 2012 incident involving one of his dogs. The suspect’s dog allegedly attacked and mauled an 11-year-old boy at Tarbutt park.
