A Northern Credit Union customer put new meaning in drive-thru banking Monday afternoon.
The driver failed to stop in time and crashed through the walls of the financial institution’s Arthur Street location, caving in a portion of the wall and breaking a window.
Police on scene cordoned off a small section of the parking lot because of shattered glass lining the asphalt.
Police did not say whether or not charges will be laid.
There was minimal damage to the vehicle involved, a four-door cross-over.
