Area inflation rate rises to 1.5 per cent in March

The rate of inflation increased only slightly in the Thunder Bay area in March.

New numbers from Statistics Canada reveals that the rate of inflation for march was at 1.5 per cent for this area, which is a modest increase from the 1.4 per cent reported for February.

In Ontario, the average rate of inflation for March was 1.5 per cent.

The average rate of inflation across Canada for March matched Ontario’s 1.5 per cent.

How do they expect the seniors & disabled to survive on insulting pensions that they end up paying tax on! They built our country only to be treated like trash. Time to take care of these folks...they should be in the least tax exempt!
