DRYDEN, Ont. -- Police are looking for a 16-year-old girl who went missing from her Manitoba community on April 14.

Officials with the RCMP and OPP say they are looking for Toni Rose Linklater, 16, of the St. Pierre-Jolys, Mann., area. Police believe she could be in the Dryden area and heading east.

The teen was originally believed to be hitchhiking to Winnipeg when she went missing.

Toni is described as being five-feet-10-inches tall, weighing about 143 pounds. She has an average build, long brown hair and piercings on her right eyebrow and lower lip.

Toni is considered at-risk and police and family are concerned for her wellbeing.

The RCMP is asking anyone with information regarding the teen’s whereabouts to contact St. Pierre-Joyls RCMP at 204-433-7433 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
