THUNDER BAY -- A 19-year-old man was sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle Friday evening.
A release issued by the Thunder Bay Police Service says the man was hit by a silver hatchback at the corner of Northern Avenue and N. Syndicate Avenue shortly after 8 p.m.
The vehicle, which has tinted windows, is believed to have been driven by a young man with blonde hair.
As of Saturday morning the police are still seeking the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
