THUNDER BAY -- City police are looking for the shirtless man in khaki shorts said to have been committing an indecent act in the bushes near the Black Bay Bridge.
Thunder Bay Police Service officials say two women were walking east along the lake side of the Black Bay Bridge at about 4:45 p.m. when they saw the man. The witnesses say he looked up at them while committing the indecent act.
The suspect is said to be a Caucasian man in his late 30s to early 40s. He had short dark hair, possibly scruffy face and average build.
City police will be conducting extra patrols of the area and are asking the public to contact police if they see any suspicious people, vehicles or activity.
