By Leith Dunick, tbnewswatch.com

A hotel clerk suffered injuries early Sunday after a knife-wielding man allegedly sprayed the victim with a chemical agent during an alleged robbery.

Thunder Bay police say a lone male entered the Arthur Street establishment at about 1:30 a.m. and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as standing six feet tall, wearing a black sweater, grey jogging pants, a baseball cap and white running shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
