Ian Convey joins at-large race

Thunder Bay’s at-large race has grown to 17. Ian Convey put his name forward on Wednesday, two full months ahead of the Oct. 27 municipal election. He’ll be seeking one of five at-large spots.

Thunder Bay’s at-large race has grown to 17.

Ian Convey put his name forward on Wednesday, two full months ahead of the Oct. 27 municipal election.

He’ll be seeking one of five at-large spots.

A total of 41 candidates have filed their nomination papers, including four mayoralty hopefuls. The deadline to file is Sept. 12.
