THUNDER BAY -- The death of a man in a wooded area Monday in the city’s north end has been ruled accidental.

In a release issued Monday, police say they arrived at the scene at about 8:15 p.m. where they found a seriously injured 52-year-old man. The man was found near the intersection of Blucher Avenue and Walkover Street.

He was transported to hospital and later died.

Police, who have not identified the deceased, say the post-mortem result concludes their involvement in the case.
