OPP News Release:
(FORT FRANCES, ON) – Shortly after 2:00 am on April 25, 2015 members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a suspicious motor vehicle near Elizabeth Street West at York Avenue in the Town of Fort Frances.
Police conducted a check of the motor vehicle and after speaking with the driver, determined the driver had been drinking.
The driver, Braedon KEAST (21) of Winnipeg Manitoba was arrested and charged with Failing to Provide a Breath Sample. The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for the mandatory 7 days.
KEAST will appear in Fort Frances Court on Monday June 1, at 9:30 am to answer to the charge.
