Emo man has vehicle impounded after failing roadside test

Emo man charged with impaired driving 

(FORT FRANCES, ON) – On July 25, 2015 at approximately 1:19 am, officers of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle being operated in an erratic manner near Front Street and Crowe Avenue in the Town of Fort Frances, ON.

After speaking with the driver, determined the driver had been drinking. The driver, Dale McQUAKER, age 39 of Emo On failed the roadside test, and was subsequently arrested. The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for seven days. 

The driver was transported to Fort Frances Detachment and subsequently charged with Driving with More than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in 100 Milliliters of Blood following the results of Breathalyzer tests.

He will appear in Fort Frances Court on August 24, 2015 to answer to the charge.
