THUNDER BAY – The general contractor for the city’s waterfront condominium projects is no longer a part of the initiative, tbnewswatch.com has learned.

In a letter to unit owners, officials with the Resolve Group – the consortium for the condominium project – confirms that Man-Shield (NWO) Construction Inc. is no longer involved with the completion of the Allure and Aurora condominium projects, effective Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015.

“The developer remains committed to the prompt completion of both condominium projects and is pleased to announce that it has made arrangements for Pomerleau Inc., a contractor with over 50 years of construction experience, to immediately take over as general contractor for both projects,” the letter to unit owners states.

The letter goes on to provide contact information for unit owners to use if they have questions or concerns about the project and its work completion.
