THUNDER BAY -- A shocking discovery on the south end of the city has angered some area residents.
A cloth with a Nazi Swastika etched on it was found hanging off a fence in a back alley near the intersections of Moodie and Selkirk Streets.
One neighbour, who didn't want to appear on camera, says this isn't the first time he has seen such a flag in the neighbourhood.
Another resident said she was disgusted by the discovery.
When asked about the flag, an official with the Thunder Bay Police Service say a unit was dispatched to the scene and are still investigating.
