THUNDER BAY -- A two-vehcile collision on Highway 61 at the Chippewa Road turnoff has sent one person to hospital.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to a call around 1 p.m. that a southbound vehicle crossed the median and struck another car head-on.
Traffic was disrupted for about 15 minutes as emergency crews attended to the scene.
Police officers on the scene told reporters charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
