Local Elvis joins Collingwood invasion
By tbnewswatch staff
The town of Collingwood, Ont., is being invaded this weekend by Elvis tribute artists and the fans who love them. The main street will be crowded with thousands of fans taking in Elvis' music all day and night. There are 121 Elvis tribute artists competing for prizes and the chance to compete at Graceland's own festival next month. The winner will be crowned on Sunday. Thunder Bay's own Daylin James is there as well. The 1997 Elvis champ will be performing in a show featuring all of Collingwood's former champions.
