Province announces $7.7M for Highway 527 improvements

The province has announced some improvements to a portion Highway 527.
Work is expected to begin later this month to rebuild a 25-kilometre stretch of that roadway, starting 98-kilometers north of Highway 11/17.
The $7.7 million contract has been given to Pioneer Construction and is expected to create about 70 jobs.
Completion of the project is expected in 2013.
