<p> LeCocq- Mrs. Mary Patricia &quot;Pat&quot; LeCocq, age 85 years, passed away peacefully with her family at her side in Dawson Court on Thursday, March 29, 2012.&nbsp; Pat was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on July 30, 1926 to William and Mary Main.&nbsp; She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.&nbsp; She enjoyed travelling and boating with her husband Ian.&nbsp; A woman who loved spending time with family and friends, she was always planning and looking forward to the next party or gathering where her family and friends would be together.&nbsp; In younger days she was an avid curler and looked forward to getting together with her bridge club.&nbsp; She loved to promote Thunder Bay and worked with the Tourism Bureau for many years.&nbsp; Her efforts were acknowledged when she was named an Ambassador for the City of Thunder Bay.&nbsp; She will be dearly missed by her son William &quot;Bill&quot; (Lynn) LeCocq, daughter Maureen (Scott) McNeill, grandchildren: Keri (Paulo), Christopher (Courtney), Ryan (Kyla), Brodie (Kady) and Kaitlin; 4 great grandchildren, sister Sheila (George) Styan as well as by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.&nbsp; She was predeceased by her husband Ian and her parents.&nbsp; A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sargent &amp; Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street, with Rev. Bert Vancook of St. Andrew&#39;s Presbyterian Church presiding.&nbsp; Following the services a reception will be held in the Sargent Family Reception Centre.&nbsp; As expressions of sympathy memorials to the Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay would be appreciated.&nbsp; On-line condolences may be made at <a href="http://www.sargentandson.com">www.sargentandson.com</a>.</p>
