<p> Mrs. Dolores Epp, age 81 years, a resident of Roseview Manor, passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012.<br /> <br /> Dolores was born in Port Arthur on Sept. 23, 1930 and was a lifetime resident. She and her husband Henry started and operated Big Pines Trailer Sales before purchasing K.O.A. Kampgrounds and Resort.<br /> <br /> Dolores loved the time she spent operating the K.O.A. and cherished the many friendships she made during her time there. She is survived by her children: Rick (Sharon) Epp, Kristie (Michael) Kuper and Lori Epp; grandchildren: Jason, Rickie, Andy, Kelly, Matthew and Aimee;&nbsp;four great grandchildren as well as by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.<br /> <br /> She was predeceased by her husband Henry in 2009.<br /> <br /> Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.<br /> <br /> The family would like to thank the staff of Champlain House at Roseview Manor for the care and compassion shown to Dolores during her time there.<br /> <br /> A special thank you to Sammy for the quality time she shared with Dolores as it was something that she greatly enjoyed. The arrangements are in care of the Sargent &amp; Son Funeral Directors, 21 N. Court Street.&nbsp;</p>
