Mrs. Violet (ViVi) Corazza nee (Andreola), age 98 years, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2015 in Roseview Manor.

Born in Fort William, on September 24, 1917 she later married the love of her life Rino Corazza of whom she was married for 34 years.

Violet was an avid golfer and long-term member of the Fort William Country Club where she won seven club championships. She loved to be in the company of family and friends on outings and dinners.

Violet will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and selfless nature always treating friends as though they were family.

She was also a member of the Ladies Venet Society and St. Dominic’s - Catholic Women’s League. Predeceased by her husband Rino Corazza and her mother Helen Anderson; Violet is survived by her dear brother Bert Andreola and sister-in-law Norina Andreola.

Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church, 130 Redwood Avenue.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Maurizio Maifredi C.S. and a private Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Visitation for family and friends will be at St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church one hour prior to the Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations to the TBRHSC-Cardiac Fund, St. Dominic’s Church or to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
