Dearly loved and forever missed.
Survived by his wife Myrtle Joy Hayward, daughter Holly Vance, son in law Jamie Vance, nephews Dwaine Miller (Cathy), Steve Miller (Dawn), Rick Miller (Kathy), Stewart Hayward (Ashley), sister in law Joanne Hayward and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Predeceased by his parents Ray and Colleen Hayward, sister Betty Lou, brothers Wayde and Roger, inlaws Steve and Pearl Petrushak, Ed and Shirley Miller, Mervin Petrushak, nephew Kevin Hayward as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
A memorial lunch for family and friends will be held on Saturday May 7, 2016 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at Jenkens Funeral Home with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
