To the editor:
As I write this, the last of the fuel in Terrace Bay is being pumped. It is reported that there is no fuel in Marathon, Nipigon, Schrieber, Manitouage or any point in between. So those same drivers who may have to drive to find fuel around here, can't drive that far.
It may be an inconvenience to the city, but to people travelling home towards the east it is a major problem. It is also problematic for those otf us who live in the small north shore communities. Great timing oil boys, this should endear you and the railroads to the public even more seeing as it Christmas rush time and all.
Oh well, I guess we can snowmobile safely on the Trans Canada for awhile. Wait a minute, you need gas for that.
