To the editor:
I once sat on a program to help the homeless here in this city.
I represented the homeless people in transition while living at the Salvation Army Centre.
I saw the bureaucracy of not only the city but others involved spend money destined for the homeless being squandered on legal BS and the greed of those involved.
If this city needs to take action, then drop the vocalization and do it.
Peoples’ lives are far more important then someone standing on their soapbox and proclaiming issues that generate ill-gotten gains for ill-gotten reasons.
